Acquiring an original artwork is a special moment. I take great care to ensure that receiving your artwork feels just as special. Every piece leaving my atelier is carefully prepared, securely packaged and fully tracked, so it arrives safely wherever you are in the world.

1. Carefully Prepared

Every artwork, whether a painting or an art object, is packaged with the same attention devoted to its creation.

  • Protective packaging to safeguard the artwork during transit.

  • Premium cushioning materials to absorb shocks and surface protection to preserve the artwork's finish.

  • Secure, rigid packaging designed for safe transport.

2. Shipping

The shipping method is selected according to the size and nature of the artwork.

Your order is usually prepared and dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment has been received.

3. Tracking & Insurance

  • Every shipment includes:
    Full tracking from dispatch to delivery.
    Insurance covering loss or damage during transport.

  • Careful handling until the artwork reaches you safely.
    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

4. If Your Artwork Arrives Damaged

Although every precaution is taken, transport incidents can occasionally occur. If your parcel appears damaged upon delivery:

  • Inspect both the packaging and the artwork before accepting the parcel whenever possible.

  • If significant damage is visible, refuse the parcel or note precise reservations with the carrier.

    • Soit refuser le colis en indiquant le motif.

    • Contact me within 48 hours at contact@amonbonheur.fr, including photographs of the damage.

  • This allows the insurance claim to be processed as quickly as possible.

5. International Orders

My artworks travel to collectors around the world.

  • International shipments are sent using trusted carriers such as DHL Express, FedEx, or other equivalent international services, depending on the destination.

  • For deliveries outside the European Union (including the United Kingdom, Switzerland and the United States), customs duties, import taxes or local fees may apply.

  • These charges are determined by the destination country and remain the responsibility of the collector.

6. Studio Collection

If you are visiting the region, you are welcome to collect your artwork directly from my atelier.

  • Location: Rouvres-en-Plaine (21110), France

  • After your order has been placed, I will contact you to arrange a convenient collection appointment.

7. Returns

If you change your mind, you may return your artwork within 14 days of receiving it (excluding commissioned or personalised artworks).

To arrange a return:

  1. Contact me within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Return the artwork within the following 14 days.

  3. Ensure it is securely packaged in its original packaging and insured for its purchase value.

  4. Once the artwork has been safely received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 days.

Commissioned Artworks

As each commissioned artwork is created specifically for you, personalised creations cannot be returned or refunded. This exception is always indicated on the corresponding product page.
